It's necessary to book your treatments before your arrival, as well as if you want to add any more treatment to your stay, at 972 47 00 00 Ext. 1212 or by email at spa@vichycatalan.es

In case of not doing so, we will proceed to assign the times of your treatments according to our availability and organization.

• The purchase of gift vouchers will be made on the web www.balneari.cat, selecting the chosen voucher or vouchers, filling in the purchase form and proceeding to pay the amount by credit card, subsequently, the buyer will receive the corresponding invoice and the receipt of the voucher that will be sent to the buyer or to the address provided to us, in the event that the recipient of the gift is not the same as the buyer and this is indicated on the form.
• The Vichy Catalan Balneari vouchers are exchangeable for their corresponding services by always making a prior reservation at www.balneari.cat, by email reserves@vichycatalan.es or by phone at 972470000, the provision of those services that have not been been previously reserved.
• It's essential to be the bearer of the voucher when enjoying the reserved service.
• Gift vouchers are valid for a period of up to one year after the date of purchase.
• In case of loss, theft or destruction of the gift vouchers, the Hotel Balneari Vichy Catalan is not responsible for their restitution. Gift vouchers are bearer documents so we decline any responsibility for possible fraudulent use without permission from the owner.
• In the event that any of the services purchased through a gift voucher could not be offered at the time of booking because it had been eliminated from our service menu or due to limitations in the facilities, a change of dates will be offered (without apply in this case the expiration period if necessary) or an alternative service of an equal or higher value.
